افشار، روشن‌‌ترین متن زنده‌ی تاریخ ستمدیدگان و همزمان گویاترین شاهدِ حقیقتِ فاجعه است. افشار، «ذالک الکتاب لاریب فیه، هدی للمتقین» است؛ «بیان للناس» و «تبیانٌ لکلٌ شیء». افشار، صحرای محشری است که باطن و حقیقت تاریخ و کلیت فاجعه در آن واسازی می‌شود: «یوم تبلی السرائر».

افشار با رخسارِ آکنده از خراش، جانِ زخماگین و پیکرِ پاره پاره اش تو را فریاد می زند.
افشار از تو می پرسد عدالت کجا شد؟ افشار تو را جیغ می کشد، عدالت، عدالت، عدالت!
خواهر و برادر!
افشار، با زبانی بیزبانیِ ویرانه هایش از تو میخواهد که در هیجدهمین سالیادم، بازماندگانم را تنها مگذار!

Afshar horrific massacre is a poignant tragedy in the history of our bitterly oppressed people that will never ever be forgotten.
My direct, loud and explicit call to the Hazaras is: Wake up, wake up, wake up please!!!
Words, slogans, speeches articles etc alone will take you nowhere as they haven’t in the past. Action and finding a real, practical solution is what matters most. If we shout and cry out for help for another hundreds of years, nothing will happen as not happened in the past. So, the solution is to devise a plan , a system to bring all Hazaras under one umbrella and make them one united, powerful force to protect them and to prevent future disaster from occurring to them.
Please do so and end your genocide and humiliation forever and reclaim your human rights once and for all.
